At the 2008 Belgian Jumping Championship Toulon, with his silver medal, delivered proof yet again that he belongs at the top of the sport. But also in breeding this son of Heartbreaker is making a name for himself such as at the championship for 6 year olds where he triumphed with Cleofas van Westuur. Sandrina, the mother of Ici d’Or v/d Klothoef is a daughter of BWP ambassador Lys de Darmen from an excellent dam line. Last year, she delivered the auction colt Hargar v/d Klothoef.
Sandrina is also the full sister of Tina van Westleven who is the dam of the international jumping horse Amienka van Westleven (v. Indoctro) from Jan Vleugels. From the same dam stock come the international jumpers Golden Drum (v. Prins Drum) and the living legend Isaura who won more than 100 international courses with the late Eric Wauters.
