Quidam de Revel is no doubt one of the most influential sires of the last few decennia. With descendants as Tlaloc la Silla, Nabab de Reve, Guidam, Cirka de Blondel, Eve des Etisse, Quibelle, Quel Homme etc. But not only he, his sons as well his daughters decide the international scene for the bigger part in the sport as well as in breeding. The total amount of international horses bearing his name in their pedigree is almost uncountable.Olijfje, Henry de Revel’s mother is a daughter of the Holsteiner Cambridge, one of the best sons of Caletto I.
Cambridge himself is an interna. jumper and is the father of several intern. jumpers and of top sires Chambertin and Catoki.
Olijfje’s son, Zhum CW, got the second round in the KWNP stallion inspection.
The grandmother Kalista is the full sister of the intern. horse Audi’s Jikke who has won a lot of prizes under Eric vd Vleuten. This Jikke is at the same time the grandmother of the sire Vleut (f. Quick Start) who won the Dutch Championship for 5-y-old only recently.
Kalist herself is the mother of the sire Storm (f.Caletto I) who jumps under the Italian rider Giovanni Consorti and jumps intern. 1.50m
Etronora, a Kalista daughter, is the mother of the intern. jumpers Kijoy for ever of the American amazone Sarah Balwin.
